Philip Morris International – Reviti Life Insurance

Philip Morris, a Fortune 100 multinational, is embracing a smoke-free future. As part of a small, high-calibre team, I led the relaunch of a differentiated life insurance proposition in the UK within just six months. Additionally, I was involved in the exploration of life and medical insurance product strategies in global markets, mainly Japan.

• Designed, delivered, and optimized the online customer experience, brochure site, and sales journey, taking ownership of the end-to-end customer journey.

• Served as the UX/Digital SME for brand and digital marketing agencies, ensuring campaign alignment and optimization. • Collaborated with technical solution providers and underwriters/re-insurers to determine use case requirements and user flows of advanced decision engines. I also optimized funnel conversion and CRM (Salesforce) customer touchpoints and communications.

• Contributed to a Board-level strategy document, working alongside the MD, Commercial and Finance Director, to expand complex products in challenging international (Europe and Japan) markets with complex financial and product regulations.
