At Beagle Street, we made life insurance simple and accessible in the UK. As a member of the BGL Life Executive team, I played a key role in driving annual double-digit conversion growth for the company. Our digital-first approach and customer-centric design have taken share from incumbents, and we are proud to have won ‘Best online life insurer’ at the YourMoney.com awards multiple times.

Here are some of my key accomplishments at Beagle Street:

• Led a lean but ambitious high-performing team, responsible for Analytics, MI, Research, Design, and Conversion Rate Optimisation. I also led the Marketing team (Annual budget c.£5M) on two separate occasions during times of transition, developing strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Applied behavioural science to the online experience and designed a proprietary customer-centric design system and processes that have improved quality and efficiency across the organization.

• Delivered best-in-class brochure site, guided quote-and-buy sales journeys, and online customer account areas, resulting in industry-leading NPS scores and Trust Pilot reviews. Consistent test-and-learn approach to conversion optimization led to annual double-digit conversion growth.
